Refunds & Replacements

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll look into it promptly.

Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If that happens, we’ve got your back!

Please contact us right away at Support@ClassicChillers.com with your order number, contact information, and photos of the issue so we can take care of it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Horror Themed Gift Cards are non-refundable!

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, fit or sizing preferences, color differences, changed minds after delivery, worn items, or items that were not inspected when they arrived.
